LOS ANGELES – Wine lovers can rejoice this Valentine’s Day as L.A.’s premier wine tasting lounge and restaurant 3Twenty Wine Lounge (www.320southwine.com ^[4]) serves up a special prix fixe menu with optional wine pairings, available all weekend long.

Guests can choose one of the following from each course offering by Executive Chef Nicole Ball:

Course one
Cheese assortment with quince jam
Roasted beet salad, with goat cheese & candied pecans
Butter lettuce with green apples, hazelnut, blue cheese
Potato & leek soup

Course two
Smoked salmon crostinis
Tiger prawns, bacon, and paprika oil
Five cheese ravioli

Course three
8 oz. Filet mignon with fingerling potato & blue butter
or
Seared salmon filet with tomato salad

 A final touch
Vanilla, chocolate or strawberry gelato
Coffee – café press espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino
Artisanal loose leaf teas

The special menu is priced at $40 per person (exclusive of wine, tax and gratuity). Guests may also add wine pairings for each dish for an additional $22 (exclusive of tax and gratuity).

3Twenty Wine Lounge is a cozy, small plates restaurant focusing on the wine pairing experience, offering tastings of more than 50 wines by the glass. Court of Masters Sommelier and lounge owner Edgar Poureshagh offers personalized wine pairings to guests to find the wines that meet their palates and personality.
