LOS ANGELES - Continuing to make an impact on the airwaves with their debut single “Tear Me Down [1]“ from their new EP Strip Me Bare, STASH (www.danceSTASH.com [2]) has now been added to the rotation at Sirius/XM Venus, the satellite radio service’s Rhythmic Top 40 Channel (on the dial atChannel 3) whose branding tag is “Pop Music You Can Move To.”
The fast-rising powerhouse female duo joins a superstar playlist that currently includes legendary and contemporary icons like Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, Selena Gomez, Pitbull, Ellie Goulding, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Prince andMadonna.
STASH [3] is gearing up to take its vibe to spring breakers this month, starting with a 45-minute live show at Louie’s Backyard in South Padre Island [4], Texas March 12. Both a DJ and a live performance set will take place at the WILN Island106 Spring Break Concert Series in Panama City [5] at Club Lavela March 22-23, followed by performances at Moda in Tallahassee [6]March 24; the Ivory Lounge in Sarasota [7]March 25; and at Dirty Martiniin West Palm Beach [8] March 28. STASH [3] has also been named the Official House DJ for the Samsung Blogger Lounge for the upcoming South By Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival inAustin [9], where they will perform during happy hour March 15-16. The Samsung Lounge will be held at Micheladas Café y Cantina (333 E. 2nd St.). The ladies will also perform a SXSW showcase on March 20 at UPROXX House [10] (311 E 5th St.) at 8:30 p.m.
In April, the duo will also bring its high-energy dance/pop set to the desert, performing at the Infinity Pool Party at the Flamingo Hotel on Saturday, April 25 as part of Dinah Shore Las Vegas [11], which in just four years has exploded to become the favorite event of lesbians worldwide.
This year, tens of thousands of women from across the globe (Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, etc.) will flock to Dinah Shore Las Vegas [12] to enjoy a weekend of non-stop entertainment April 23-26.
STASH [3], aka multi-talented L.A.-based DJ/rapper/songwriter Steph Prost and classically-trained singer Amanda Maze, will do a 20-minute live show following a 60-minute DJ set. The pool party, which runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,will also feature a live performance by Anita Antoinette, finalist from NBC’s“The Voice” Season 7.
STASH [3]‘s breakout single “Tear Me Down [1]” is also a featured new song in a national music programing system through Retail Radio and can be heard on the in-store music systems at major retail stores including Walmart, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Apple, Subway, Staples, Pizza Hut, KFC, Best Buy Mobile and McDonald’s. The ”Tear Me Down [1]“ music video can be seen at retailers such as Foot Locker and Metro PCS stores through In-Store Sports Network, and in hotels such as, Hilton, Marriott, and Holiday Inns, and restaurants such as Hard Rock Café, Planet Hollywood and Buffalo Wild Wings through Promo Only.
The song was on the Billboard Top 40 Indicator Chart for six weeks straight reaching #30, putting STASH [3] in company with superstars like Ariana Grande,Jessie J and Imagine Dragons. STASH [3] and the infectious track also reached #3 on the Mediabase Top 40 Pop Independent Artists chart rankings, and have resided in the top 5 on that list for 10 weeks to date and overall, in the top 10 independent artist rankings for 18 consecutive weeks.
