<p>From 6:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m., ‘<strong>Court of Masters’ Certified Sommelier</strong> and 3Twenty Wine Lounge owner <strong>Edgar Poureshagh</strong> will also offer his signature personalized pairings with each savory pasta dish.</p>
<p>Executive Chef Joe Youkhan opened the first rustic Italian gourmet food truck in Orange County in 2010 and had been featured on TV shows including <strong>The Cooking Channel</strong>’s “<strong>Eat St</strong>” and <strong>ABC</strong>’s “<strong>The Taste</strong>.” His food truck was also awarded #1 in Orange County and an entree was listed in the “Top 50 Dishes You Must Have” article in <strong>Orange Coast Magazine</strong>.</p>
