3Twenty Wine Lounge Hosts ‘Pasta Pop Up’ Night on June 24

RUSTIC ITALIAN CREATIONS

 LOS ANGELES – The Tasting Spoon and Culinary Company’s renowned Chef Joe Youkhan is teaming up with 3Twenty Wine Lounge (320 S La Brea Ave.) to bring his rustic Italian street food to L.A.’s premier wine destination on Monday, June 24.

From 6:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m., ‘Court of Masters’ Certified Sommelier and 3Twenty Wine Lounge owner Edgar Poureshagh will also offer his signature personalized pairings with each savory pasta dish.

Executive Chef Joe Youkhan opened the first rustic Italian gourmet food truck in Orange County in 2010 and had been featured on TV shows including The Cooking Channel’s “Eat St” and ABC’s “The Taste.” His food truck was also awarded #1 in Orange County and an entree was listed in the “Top 50 Dishes You Must Have” article in Orange Coast Magazine.

Chef Youkhan says, “I am looking forward to collaborating with Edgar for a special event evening of amazing foods and incredible wines. My menu will include some exciting dishes including fresh house made Pastas, Black Summer Truffles and Caledonia Blue Prawns.”

 3Twenty Wine Lounge has continued to rack up distinguished awards and accolades since its opening in 2011. For the second consecutive year, the Lounge received OpenTable’s Diner’s Choice Award for “Most Notable Wine List” for the entire Los Angeles County and Orange County areas. Additionally the Lounge was also recently again spotlighted in LA Weekly as a favorite local wine bar.
