Chef Peel says, “What I miss most since Campanile closed is the people. I hope to see some of our regulars and some new faces while Chris Eddy and I make the food we love.” He continues, “Edgar really knows his wine and has created a comfortable space where we will be able to collaborate with food and wine.”

One of L.A.’s pioneers of California cuisine, Chef Peel was the Executive Chef and owner of the award-winning Campanile restaurant – a landmark on La Brea for over 23 years until its closure in 2012. Furthermore, he is known for his use of fresh, seasonal ingredients and farm-to-table cooking style.

Edgar says, “We are extremely thrilled and honored to host Chef Peel at 3Twenty. His passion and knowledge of food is incredible, not to mention his history on the La Brea corridor.”
