The NYC-Based Artist Gets Back On The Road To Promote
His Solo Debut EP ‘Ghostbird’ With Warner Bros. Artist
Jason Reeves, Brendan James And Internet Sensation Joe Brooks
Emerging singer/songwriter Trent Hancock heads to Los Angeles on Tuesday, August 31 to film a new ‘rockumentary’ series geared toward music lovers called “The Road Less Traveled” at the legendary House of Blues. Media may attend the taped performance at 8:30 p.m. by emailing jen@ue3promotions.com.
Hancock— fresh off of his highly successful summer tour with renowned acoustic soul singers Ernie Halter and Tony Lucca— is also gearing up to hit the road again in September for a fall tour in continued support of his solo debut EP, Ghostbird.
This time around, Hancock is joined by renowned singer/songwriter, Jason Reeves (Warner Bros.), known for his impressive credit as a co-writer of ten tracks on Colbie Caillat’s platinum debut album Coco which was produced by Mikal Blue who also perfected the tracks on Trent’s Ghostbird EP. Top 10 Billboard chart topper Brendan James and number one MySpace artist Joe Brooks will join the bill as well.
The tour kicks off September 11 in Phoenix, Ariz. at The Rhythm Room and continues through October in major U.S. cities, making stops at Western New England State College in Springfield, Mass., Highline Ballroom in NYC and Hard Rock Live in Pittsburgh, Penn.
Hancock has been on a whirlwind since the release of Ghostbird, recently earning endorsements by Gibson Guitars and Sennehieser USA, and was selected as an “Artist to Watch” on iheartradio.com in August. He also recently opened for pop star Ryan Cabrera’s birthday bash on July 27 at the Key Club on L.A.’s legendary Sunset Strip.
Media is taking notice to the rising artist as well. He was featured on CBS 4’s Morning News in Denver (KCNC-TV) on August 1 Click here to view his interview with news anchor Michelle Griego. He also stopped by FOX 8 in Cleveland on August 12 for a live performance which can be viewed here.
