The Acclaimed Lounge Celebrates National Wine Month in May, Extends Weekend Hours to Accommodate Early Diners

LOS ANGELES – Dubbed the “Wine Whisperer,” Owner and Court of Masters-Certified Sommelier Edgar Poureshagh of the acclaimed 3Twenty Wine Lounge in Los Angeles on April 30 to announce its new spring-inspired menu. Joined KCAL-9′s Sandra Mitchell, Edgar demonstrated the preparation of the lounge’s Roasted Beet Salad with fresh arugula, dressed in orange honey balsamic vinaigrette, one of the tasty dishes from its new spring-inspired menu created by Executive Chef Nicole Ball.

Edgar paired with the salad a 2012 Von Buhl Rose of Pinot Noir, both of which are currently available at 3Twenty. Click here to view the video clip online.

In addition to its spring makeover, 3Twenty is celebrating National Wine Month in May by offering a special wine flight option of six varietals (white, red and sparkling) every Monday evening from 6-10 p.m. for $20 (exclusive of tax/gratuity).

3Twenty also announces extended hours on Friday and Saturday, now opening at 5:30 p.m. to accommodate early diners and theatre-goers. The lounge opens at 6 p.m. Sunday-Thursday.

3Twenty Wine Lounge has continued to earn distinguished awards and accolades since its opening in 2011. For the second consecutive year, the Lounge received OpenTable’s Diner’s Choice Award for “Most Notable Wine List” for the entire Los Angeles County and Orange County areas. Additionally the Lounge was also recently again spotlighted in LA Weekly as a favorite local wine bar.
