LOS ANGELES – Fresh off yet another successful, critically acclaimed cross country summer touring season of “Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show,” (www.SandysRatPack.com) Hackett Miller announce the exciting debut from its newly formed multi-media division, the Hackett Miller Network. A new weekly podcast, produced by Lisa Dawn Miller and hosted by comedian Sandy Hackett, “10 in 60” has a unique format in which the show asks its listeners to submit 10 questions and/or topics of interest via multiple social media platforms. Questions and topics are chosen by the producer and brought up randomly for response by Hackett and his guests during the 60-minute guest interview. The show is light and funny and involves a lot of audience participation via all the social networking communities. Guests for the inaugural show include actor/comedian John DiCrosta and comedian and author Ron Kenney. This fall, the Hackett Miller Network will also be launching a new comedy web series entitled, “I’m Mad As Hell and I’m Not Taking it Anymore,” starring Hackett as Yoshi, a beloved, funny character Hackett originated in “Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show.” The web series and podcast, which premieres on Friday, August 15, on iTunes and 10in60Now.com are part of Hackett Miller’s rapid expansion and growth in the areas of development and production of sustainable content for multimedia and social media platforms; the development and production of film, music and video; and the continual production and development of live theatrical, which include “Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show,” “My Buddy” (an intimate, comedic theatrical production about Hackett’s father, legendary comedian and actor Buddy Hackett), and a new musical which will follow a film documentary of the same name, “For Once In My Life: The Great American Ron Miller Songbook,” based on the music of Miller’s father, legendary songwriter In October 2014, Hackett Miller will release the highly anticipated music video of young singing sensation, 13-year-old Oliver Richman. The video of “For Once In My Life,” the classic standard written by his late grandfather, Ron Miller, will feature never-before-seen clips of Ron Miller back in his Motown days and the recording will be used as the theme song for the new film documentary. Also set for release in October by Hackett Miller, is the debut music/dance video for 8-year-old Ashleigh Hackett, granddaughter of Buddy Hackett. ### |
