Emerging Country Group Wins Best Country
Song At The Hollywood Music In Media Awards
For Their Hit Single ‘Nobody Knows’

Emerging Los Angeles-based country group Coldwater Canyon Band spent 2010 exploding on the music scene with their debut album Just Getting Started, which spawned the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Sales Chart Top 30 hit single “Nobody Knows.” Music Connection magazine recognizes the group’s hard work and talent in the December 2010 issue by naming them one of their Hot 100 Unsigned Bands & Artists of the year.

In response to the honor, Coldwater Canyon Band frontman Howie Vaughn says, “It’s an honor for people to recognize the hard work that artists put into their dream and be appreciated.”

Adding to the exciting year, Coldwater Canyon Band recently won Best Country Song for their hit single “Nobody Knows” at the Hollywood Music In Media Awards on November 18. “Nobody Knows” is the lead-off single from Just Getting Started and spent over 24 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Sales Chart.

Coldwater Canyon recently released their second single “Peace Of Mind,” a touching tribute to the men and women who courageously serve and protect our country in the military, which Vaughn penned after his experience in the military. The video for the song has spawned over 560,000 views on MySpace.
