New Updates from the World of Art Showcase, Bringing the Best Artists and Master Works Together
NEW UPDATES FROM THE INAUGURAL WORLD OF ART SHOWCASE, WHICH BRINGS TOGETHER THE WORLD’S GREATEST CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS AND MASTER WORKS TOGETHER UNDER ONE ROOF DECEMBER 20-22, 2012 AT THE WYNN LAS VEGAS
- LEONARDO DA VINCI- A limited number of bronze sculptures, cast from a recently discovered beeswax sculpture attributed to da Vinci, will be for sale at the showcase. These exceptional items will be sold along with several rare prints of da Vinci drawings taken from Queen Elizabeth II‘s collection at Windsor Castle.
- NELSON SHANKS- The globally renowned realist painter Shanks, who has painted official portraits for figures such as Presidents Clinton and Pope John Paul II, will be selling his portrait of Princess Diana, the second of only two painted of the late princess.
- H.R. GIGER- An Academy Award winner for his visual effects work on the movie “Alien,” his separate exhibition space will include original masterpieces, famed alien sculptures and rare collectibles which can be purchased individually or collectively for private investment, galleries or museums.
- RENOWNED CHINESE ARTISTS- The artists, sponsored by the Ke Guan Art Museum, include: Zeng Sheng, Yan Daizhi, Ren Juming, Ye Jiabei, Li Haiyan, Liu Zhendong, Zhang Shisen, Wong Er Chai, and Wang Jinhua.
- LI BO AN- The late artist’s representatives will present his best work, including his masterpiece “Walking Out Of Bayan Har” (走出巴颜咯拉).
- MAX GINSBURG- The acclaimed New York painter and illustrator will bring some of his prized paintings and copies of his book, “Max Ginsburg: Retrospective,” a collection of his paintings from 1956-2011. He will also conduct a live demonstration.Taking place December 20-22, 2012 at The Wynn Las Vegas, the World of Art Showcase is an exclusive event for professional artists to sell their art and make important connections with art buyers, collectors and galleries.
