Rising Pop Rocker Monica Matocha Lands Endorsement Deal With Daisy Rock Girl Guitars

Known for her edgy style and sound, Houston-based pop singer/songwriter Monica Matocha is adding the perfect accessory to her glam-rock performances- a Daisy Rock Girl Guitar! Matocha (pronounced Ma-toke-uh), who is making noise on the U.S. Mediabase Pop radio charts with her infectious song “Impostor,” has landed a coveted endorsement deal with the L.A.-based guitar company, who boasts a roster of notable artists such as Avril Lavigne, Miley Cyrus, Norah Jones, The Bangles, Wanda Jackson, Lisa Loeb and former contestant on “The Voice,” Lex Land.

“FUN!… is what I have to say about Monica’s music! I just want to drive my convertible car down the PCH with my hair blowing in the wind and listen to her songs LOUD!” says President and Founder of Daisy Rock, Tish Ciravolo.

The multi-talented 20-year-old’s single “Impostor” rocketed to #3 on the Independent Artists/New Releases radio chart within 12 weeks of the release. She also earned top honors for “Best Female Vocals” and “Best Pop Artist” at the Houston Press Music Awards in November 2011. Her debut album produced by John Glover (former RCA artist under Ron Fair and Bruce Flohr) is expected to drop this summer.
