Singer/songwriter Christa Borden will grace the August cover for Hollywood Weekly Magazine and gives a raw in depth interview for the magazine’s inside feature. To celebrate her magazine spotlight, the pop/rocker will perform live at Beverly Hilton’s sophisticated nightclub, Bar 210 on Thursday, August 5. 

Borden and her touring rock band will perform a 75 minute set at Bar 210, including her chart topping Hot AC and top 10 AC single, “Empty Bottles” from her confessional debut album I Rhyme With Orange. The single recently rose on the charts in company with some of today’s biggest pop artists such as Lady GaGa, Rob Thomas and Taylor Swift.

Exactly one month later Borden performs in her native Canada at Rockin’ The Upper East Side Music Festival on Sunday, September 5.Borden was asked to perform at Rockin’ The Upper East Side music festival, supporting headliners the Goo Goo Dolls and The Fray, plus special guests Ke$ha and Lifehouse. Also appearing at the event will be rising rapper Kardinal Offishall and others.
