ULTRAVIOLET SOUND PREMIERES THEIR MUSIC VIDEO ‘GIRL TALK’ ON LOGO CHANNEL’S ‘NEWNOWNEXT’ POPLAB SHOW AUGUST 3

Rising dance/pop duo ULTRAVIOLET SOUND (Sarah Hudson and Sami D) is set to premiere the music video for their latest single “Girl Talk” tonight on MTV Networks’ LGBT-friendly digital cable channel LOGO, as a part of the NewNowNext Music’s PopLab show.  Check local listings for air times.

The vibrant music video, directed by Constellation Jones, has been featured on several entertainment blogs including Perez Hilton TV, PopCrush.com and arjanwrites.com. Jones has directed and produced videos for artists such as Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga and Eminem, along with UVS’ previous video projects “Mega-Mix” and “Suck My Kiss.”

UVS’ colorful clip will also be highlighted as AOL Music’s ‘Video of the Day’ on August 4 and can be found on the site’s main page. In addition, the video is available to view on the band’s official site (www.ultravioletsound.com) and YouTube.

“Girl Talk” is on UVS’s self-produced full-length debut, released by Odds On Records.

Sarah Hudson and her cousin Emily are also shooting a pilot for their own reality show, she says, “The show is kind of like the ‘anti-Kardashians!” It’s about being from a big crazy family that happens to also be Hollywood Royalty. Hudson’s father is songwriter/producer Mark Hudson (originally of the Hudson Brothers) and her cousin is Kate Hudson, daughter of Goldie Hawn. Emily’s mother is actress Cindy Williams, of “Laverne & Shirley” fame. Cher is also a longtime family friend.
